The source, named
Every quantity comes from one published recipe: a cookbook author's own site, a recipe site with a named cook, a university page. The chapter names it and links to it, so you can check.

What most recipe books leave out

Every quantity comes from one published recipe: a cookbook author's own site, a recipe site with a named cook, a university page. The chapter names it and links to it, so you can check.

Turkish home recipes measure in glasses and spoons. The book keeps the original measure and puts millilitres, grams and American cups beside it.

When four published cooks make the same soup four ways, you see all four in one table. Nothing is averaged into a recipe nobody wrote.

The cleaning chapters say which surfaces a method harms and which products must never be mixed, with the source for each warning.
Look inside
Tap a page to read it. The drawings are made for the book. There are no photographs of finished dishes, because a photograph of a recipe should show that recipe, cooked.

Once the book is on sale, buying it once brings every later edition with it: when a chapter is added or corrected, buyers get the new file.
How this book is made
The woman who presents The Anatolian Way is fictional. Her face, her voice and her kitchen are made with AI tools. Nothing in the book rests on her word, and she is not its author.
The research, the writing and the layout were done with AI tools under the direction of Funbase, who publishes the book and answers for it. Every source is named in its chapter, with a link.
A recipe goes into an edition for sale only after the publisher has cooked it exactly as written. Each recipe chapter says whether it has been, and on what date.
If a source changes or a method turns out to be wrong, the book is corrected, the edition date changes, and buyers get the new file.
The book describes taste, texture, use and tradition. It never says that a food or a method does something for your body.
There are no reviews or testimonials on this page, and none will ever be made up. No countdowns either: the price is the price.

Questions
Selma presents the recipes on the YouTube channel The Anatolian Way. She is a fictional character made with AI: her face, her voice and her kitchen are generated. She has no biography, and the book never uses her as proof of anything. The sources do that.
Funbase, who publishes it and answers for every page. The research, writing and layout were done with AI tools under the publisher's direction, from sources that were opened and read.
One PDF of 66 pages: 7 chapters so far, with a clickable contents page and a bookmark for every chapter and section. Each recipe gives the quantities in the original Turkish measure and converted, the method in the order the work happens, the published versions side by side, how to keep it, and a one-page short version to cook from.
Yes. The type was chosen for reading on a screen, and the pages are A4, which also prints on US Letter paper when you choose "fit to page".
Not all of them yet, and the book says so on each recipe. The quantities are those of the published recipe the chapter names; the conversions are ours. Every recipe will be cooked exactly as written before the first edition is sold; so far, none of the four has been.
The top of every recipe lists what it contains as written, such as wheat, milk or egg. Check each ingredient you buy as well.
Once the book is on sale, everyone who buys it gets each new edition as a file, at no charge.
Not yet. The book is in English. Other languages may follow once the English edition is tested.
